Carsharing Südtirol Alto Adige

The Board of Directors of the consortium cooperative Carsharing Südtirol Alto Adige announces that it has implemented the organizational and management model foreseen by Legislative Decree No 231/01 (supplemented by Article 30 of Legislative Decree No 81/08) Offenses of negligent killing, as well as the negligent, serious and very serious bodily harm caused by the violation of the existing work safety regulations as well as the ethics and behavior code.

This model is aimed at the prevention of specific offenses committed by the law (so-called “criminal offenses”) and contains a series of protocols aimed at carrying out the activities in accordance with the law and in compliance with the rules of intact and correct administration and management as well as labor safety and environmental protection requirements.

In order to ensure the implementation of the model, the Board of Directors has, as foreseen, set up a monitoring body (hereinafter referred to as “ODV” = “Organismo di Vigilanza” odv@carsharing.bz.it) whose task is to ensure compliance with and functioning the model, its protocols and the code of ethics and behavior.
