We take care of everything else!

Your Carsharing vehicle is ready at the desired station at the booked time! To open the vehicle, simply hold your registered South Tyrol Pass or your customer card to the windshield, take the key out of the slot in the glove box and start your ride!
During your ride, always lock and unlock the vehicle exclusively with the key!  At the end of the booking, you always have to return the car to the station from which you took it. Place the chip together with the key back into the slot located in the glove box and lock the vehicle from outside with your customer card or your South Tyrol pass.
As an alternative to the South Tyrol Pass and the customer card, you can also easily open and close the vehicle via smartphone.

Refueling

The fuel costs are included in our prices! For this reason, you will find a fuel card in the glove box, which allows you to refuel without cash at all DKV petrol stations throughout Europe. The nearest petrol stations can be found at www.dkv-euroservice.com/DKVMaps or via the DKV app.
If you are experiencing difficulty in refueling, we ask you to pay in advance and send us the receipt by e-mail. So we can credit the amount on your next bill.

Before returning the car, be sure that the tank is at least ¼ full and if it’s less, please refuel. Before as well as at the end of each ride always check the car for external damages. In case you find damage check if it’s already reported on the list you find in the glove box. If it’s a new damage, you need to call the customer service to report it and add it to the list.
Due to technical problems and damages, it can occasionally come to changes of your bookings. We kindly ask you to pay attention to any notification of changes you may receive by e-mail or SMS. If the vehicle or the station does not meet your requirements, you can call us at any time.
